The works carried out on each machine that we offer as rebuilt are:
- Complete disassembly of the machine.
- Cleaning, review and lubrication of all the components that make up the machine, paying attention to those parts and mechanisms that wear out the most with use.
- We have a paint booth and equipment to restore the original color of the machines or adapt it to the colors currently used by the manufacturers.
- If necessary, we replace components that are damaged or worn by use with components.
- QA. We guarantee our clients that all our rebuilt machines have gone through cutting tests and quality tests before being put on sale, the same as those that are carried out on a new machine before it goes on the market.
